Roadmap

Phase 1 – Feasibility
We began with the hard questions.
Is what we envision even legal?
The answer: yes. After rigorous review of MDR and DSGVO frameworks, we identified no blockers.
Ownership of medical data is not just desirable.
It's lawful — and long overdue.

Phase 2 – Technical Research
Before writing a single production line, we dove deep into Self-Sovereign Identity (SSI) and Zero-Knowledge Proofs.
What emerged: a clean demo, a mapped data architecture, and the certainty that trust can be built without ever exposing the data itself.

Phase 3 – Proof of Concept
A functional prototype was developed.
Simulated data flows. Agentic access logic. Consent triggers.
Not perfect — but the first taste of what’s possible when patients hold the keys.

Phase 4 – Funding & Scaling (currently open)
We are selective.
We won't take funding that demands compromise.
We are scouting aligned partners, not opportunistic capital.

Phase 5 – MVP Extension (in progress)
Current focus: Interoperability and a consent interface that’s not only secure but human.
We believe UX is not cosmetic — it's ethical.
Every interaction must reinforce sovereignty.

Each phase follows precision.
We move when the foundation holds.
