🖥️ a) Hosting & Infrastruktur (Selbsthosting)

Diese Website wird auf einem selbstverwalteten Server in der EU betrieben und verwendet das Open-Source-CMS Ghost. Beim Besuch der Website werden automatisch folgende technische Daten verarbeitet:

  • IP-Adresse
  • Datum und Uhrzeit des Zugriffs
  • aufgerufene Seiten
  • Browsertyp und -version
  • Betriebssystem
  • Referrer (sofern übermittelt)

Diese Informationen werden in Server-Logfiles gespeichert und ausschließlich zur Sicherstellung von Stabilität und Sicherheit ausgewertet. Es erfolgt keine Weitergabe an Dritte.

✉️ b) Mitgliederbereich & Newsletter (Ghost + SendGrid mit Tracking)

Bei Anmeldung im Mitgliederbereich oder beim Abonnieren des Newsletters speichern wir deine E-Mail-Adresse und ggf. deinen Namen. Der Versand erfolgt über SendGrid (Twilio Inc., USA). Dabei werden technische Daten verarbeitet, u. a.:

  • Zustellstatus
  • Öffnungs- und Klickraten (für interne Auswertung)

Diese Auswertungen helfen uns, den Versand technisch zu optimieren und irrelevante oder unzustellbare Adressen zu bereinigen. Ein Opt-out vom Tracking ist aktuell nicht vorgesehen.

SendGrid verarbeitet Daten auch auf Servern in den USA unter Einsatz der EU-Standardvertragsklauseln gemäß Art. 46 DSGVO.

🌍 4. Datenübermittlungen in Drittländer

Datenübertragungen an Stripe, SendGrid (Twilio) und ggf. Botpress können eine Verarbeitung in den USA bedeuten. Die Übertragung erfolgt auf Basis der EU-Standardvertragsklauseln gemäß Art. 46 DSGVO. Eine Angemessenheitsentscheidung der EU für die USA besteht derzeit nicht.
